Requirements
Intellectual Requirements
The intellectual requirements are outlined here. It’s a long list, and it’ll certainly take years to go through itproperly, but it’s what forms a true basis for the divine perspective. After knowing this, you will know who you are, you will know what you are, you will know how to move forward.
Behavioural Requirements
Formal Maturity
The US defense deparment had a measure called the “Capability Maturity Model” which has developed into the “Capability Maturity Model Integration”, which provides a way to measure the “maturity” of a company that they contract. Maturity being denoted by such things as self-optimizing, training, process definitions, etc.
Financial
The school does not assume any financial requirement, except that you be legally employed.
Health Requirements
First and foremost comes health. The Choir requires high health requirements, and is rather stern regarding not meeting them. If you’re unable to meet these requirements, then it adds to a behavioural inability to self-regulate.
Biometrics
These biometrics are basic level, you’re expected to be within this range.
BMI: 18.5-24.9
Body Fat Percentage: 20-30% Women, 10-20% Men.
Athletic Ability
Habituals
- 150 minutes a week of cardiovascular exercise. (>2.5 hours) (reach for 300 minute goal)
- 3-4 days/week of resistance exercises
Achievement (fitness test, to be done all at once, with a couple minutes break in between, yearly):
- 50 push-ups in 2 minutes
- plank for 3 minutes
- 6 pull-ups
- 2.5km run in 12 min
Substances
We disallow having a habit of taking addictive (physically dependant) substances and (short/long term) life-threatening substances. It includes banning mild addictions like caffeine.
It’s the typical “no drugs no alcohol” ban. There are of course leeways, this is an interpretive requirement.
